This is a must visit if you're looking for a hookah in LA and want to see what you're buying and get great advice. Allan offers exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure you're buying something you're happy with and that is personal to you. He even offered us to smoke some hookahs he prepared while we browse the shop. The hookahs are well made with almost all having stainless steel downstems which helps avoid rust issues when left with water in base. All hookahs have diffusers and come as complete sets with bowl, hose, and mouth piece. We bought the Pasha model. It has an incredible open draw, beautiful design, and smokes really clean. We added the diamond bowl which heats pretty well and comes with it's own heat management top. They also have all you need for hookah accessories, and all the supplies are super affordable, so you can buy everything and fire it up the same day. Thank you MobHookah and Allan.

If you need or want a hookah this is the spot to go to. I visited this location from Florida and I was not disappointed. I’v been ordering from their start and I wanted to visit the store. The staff is amazing and I hope they are able to open a Florida location because I know it would do a killing with their knowledge and customer service! If I ever visit again I will definitely be returning!

I was looking for a hookah that I could use at my friend's b'day party, and saw this store online. I decided to drive by since it was close. I'd love to say that the "customer service" done by Allan, was just amazing. He told more abt the products and that led me to a better choice. I got what I wanted and it just worked perfectly for the party. I'll definitely come back sometime or recommend it to a friend!!

Their service there is incredible. Their products are really high end and they last for a super long time. One of the works, Alan was very attentive & he made sure my experience at the store was a good experience. I started getting all my products from there ever since, def recommend!
